"GEICO told me that if I buy a headlight at AutoZone, AutoZone installs it free. Not true there. They try to sell you 2 bulbs when you need one. Sell you bulbs that don't match yours. They have the itinerant mechanics in the lot that you must pay $10 to put the bulb in. A standard bulb is $18. 50 The bulbs they tried to sell were over $72."

"A couple trips before last I received great customer service. Someone helped me add a clear license plate cover on my rear and front license plate to perserve them because they're vanity plates. I was unaware that this was illegal in NY State until I received a ticket about it (another story another time) so I had to remove them. I came to this place asking if they had any specific wrench for license plates that I can buy to unscrew the screws. "I'm sorry I don't know" was the answers I received by both employees. I remember the last time I came there, one of the reps were so kind to bring their equipment outside to assist. Instead I had trial and error and had to buy a wrench that wasn't the right size, return that, then get a wrench that I could adjust. It was also raining and with lack of assistance I received I was over it. I went there based on my last interaction with service, and I hoped I'd get someone who would care about what I was looking to accomplish, and thankfully I figured it out on my own. I'll drive further for my needs next time."
