"I've started going to AutoZone instead of Advanced Auto Parts, because the quality of service has shifted. AutoZone feels like they are starting to care about the customers and actually acknowledge them when you enter the store. At this location anyway. The store is clean inside and the quality of product is amazing from what I've seen."

"They have multiple registers and no one to direct customer traffic. The security officer who called himself doing so did a terrible job. If you give directions toward the register and not the customers in the multiple lines going down several separate lines, it adds to the frustration of waiting on a long line unnecessarily. He seemed to be more concerned with lrleaning on the display case than directing customer traffic. You'll see several "mechanics" outside of the store, ready to help you with auto repairs to your vehicle, for a fee of course. Good luck with that."
