"I had a scheduled service appointment at Audi Englewood. This was my first visit as a new Audi owner. This dealership and the staff have such a high attention to detail from arrival to departure everyone was so welcoming. I befriended a sales rep earlier in the week who helped me link my audi connect app to my new car. Howard thank you for your help! While i was there i purchased some accessories for my car at the parts counter. Matt was awesome and was able to match pricing from another local Audi dealer. Lastly, Phil and Kevin from the service department were hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Phil listened to all of my concerns and Kevin did a fantastic job on the repair request. I’ll be going back to get additional accessories and service for sure. Thank you! Water, snacks and coffee in the waiting area and of course the most gorgeous cars to drool over. Oh! I almost forgot Robert O. Helped connect me with the finance department for extending my warranty on my vehicle. Everyone there was truly great!"
