"The Lincoln brand has always been a favorite of mine and when the lease term was up for my non-Lincoln vehicle, I wanted to check the 2024 Nautilus out. There was a litany of promotional activity for the completely redesigned and reimagined truck so I had to check it out. Wow, was my first reaction and the number of standard creature-comforts is quite impressive at this price point. So after going to another closer dealer, we were given a Nautilus overview and my decision to pursue this vehicle was set, but given it was a new vehicle I new the residual might be lower and the financing for purchase or lease would not be in my favor with no manufacturer incentives that I knew of. Typically with redesigns this is the case. So we wound up staying a little longer at this 'other' dealership and although the Lincoln consultant was cordial, etc, their pricing did not align, but nonetheless this was the beginning of the purchasing process. So I called another dealer, gave them the background and said I'm prepared to entertain offers and requested pricing. They got back to me later on and it was significantly better, seriously better where I was ready to schedule a visit. So my wife suggested I give Lincoln of Englewood a try. Seriously, what did I have to lose? So I called, left my information and was told a team member would reach out to me. Later that day I received a call from Mike. Mike provided some initial details and I informed him on what I've done thus far and said I have reasonable pricing in hand, but was (obviously) looking for the best deal possible. Mike was professional, patient, cordial, accommodating, listened, didn't rush me and simply presented a no pressure scenario. There was absolutely no hard sales call here. When I told him I wasn't able to come in on Friday, I was concerned the car (the color and trim level/package I was looking for as they had it in stock) might be purchased, that's when he brought his manager Erick in. Again, the same persona. No pressure just a relaxed conversation and they put a courtesy hold on the car till Saturday. So on Saturday we came in, took a test drive and when it came to pricing they offered a better offer than their initial pricing over the phone which was already super fair. Once again, they even said we respect this is a big decision so if you want sleep on it and connect with us on Monday if that works better for you, we're fine with that too. Seriously, other than giving the car away for free, Mike and Erick couldn't have been more accommodating. Ultimately, I wanted the truck and they did everything in my opinion they could to earn my business. What's even more amazing, is Lincoln Financial Services is extremely fair on their credit tiers which compared to other car brands that can't even be placed in the same light as a Lincoln is simply hard to believe. So follow the process that's comfortable for you, test drive thr car, ensure it's the car for you, shop around and then go to Mike at Lincoln of Englewood and experience exceptional customer service and an exceptional sales experience. "My wife and I arrived at Lincoln of Englewood kind of in a rush to take a quick look at the Nautilus. We had no intentions to purchase a car at that moment. We were greeted by a salesman, Eric, at the door, and he let us look at vehicles without any pressure that you usually get while entering most car dealerships. Personally, that's a turn-off. Afterwards, we met Micheal so that we can talk about price ranges and different models. Shortly, Eric arrived and joined our conversation, and between the both, they were very informative and knew everything of the product they sell. After exploring prices, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at their aggressive within our reach price range. Needless to say, we were given space to figure things out and because we were very close to a price range that we thought was beyond fair, the car went from being a window shop to us and now became a real possibility. In the end, between management, Eric, and Michael, we negotiated an offer that we could not refuse. So we purchased a black label nautilus that we wanted and they made returning are old car simple. This was all a no hassle experience. Paperwork completion and car were easy and ready as quickly as it took me and my wife to deliberate on the car. I was very impressed with those two salesman and with the whole dealership as a whole.
