"Brianna was attentive, friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a chance to look at the new tire installed at the time of pick up. But when I checked on it this morning, I was a bit disappointed because the tire doesn’t look new to me. It has scuff marks and scratched marks on the side wall, and it was dirty and dusty as well. At least scrubbing or spraying with a water hose would have made it look better. Something like this never happened before. A bit disappointed this time. ( Photos attached )"
