"If I could give zipcar no stars, I would. Thank you for ruining what was meant to be a fun family outing. We went to pick up a zipcar that we reserved for the day only to find out that the zipcar parked directly in front of it was not responding to the key card. So ours was not accessible and customer service could do nothing but refund the money. That's great, but how do we get to six flags now?? Family and friends were meeting us there and were already on the way. Zipcar gave us no options, no other cars nearby, and ruined our day. Thanks Zipcar."
