"TL;DR - Amazing dealership, 100% approve, we love our newest vehicle, Alex is a great small business owner who fully understands how to partner with his community! Now - For the longer version of the story, my husband and I wanted to buy an additional preowned vehicle so we wouldn’t have to keep sharing one vehicle. We had been looking for a long time (with not much luck) at other dealerships. We had a pretty tight budget and a lot of the vehicles in our budget weren’t very reliable looking or mechanically - BUT! As soon as we went to Galaxy we found a few vehicles that piqued our interest. The owner Alex was very courteous and patient with our questions and understood the limitations we had. Ultimately we narrowed it down to two choices, one which was a fair price point but a little bit out of our budget, and a less nice one at another dealership that was in budget but the vehicle did not seem as reliable. Ultimately we were able to come up with the amount needed to bridge the gap between the two choices and go with the nicer vehicle at Galaxy! We are so extremely happy that we were all able to come to an amicable agreement! And now we are enjoying the freedom of traveling without the dependency one one vehicle and having to plan around that.
