"Called to order $1400 worth of batteries on 11/1/23. The old geezer who answered the phone had no idea what was going on. Couldn't even figure out how to put the phone on hold. After some more confusion on his part, he told me to come into the store and hung up on me.. Called the Lyndhurst location and the man on the phone had a normal functioning brain so they got the $1400 instead."
