"5 months ago, I gave this company an undeserved 5 star. Very undeserving! As I write, the car sold me is still at the repair facility, it's been there for 4 and a half month. A week after purchase, I took this car for inspection and it couldn't pass, right there, we noticed the check engine light bulb was disconnected before selling to us. Unknowingly, the car, a Benz had serious engine fault and its engine had to be replaced. With little or no support from the dealer, we are where we are. The warranty company have been doing their best but I will never believe it will take eternity to fix the car. Euro Car refused to refund me while watching me do it alone. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Their courtesy ends at the reception desk and either them or their mechanic play games. Going through all reviews, I discovered most pple had to deal with check engine light issues and spending too much after purchase, that sends a signal that this company is in practice of hiding car faults. Too bad!"

"The Sales person was very nice. Thanks. However, the car had two major repairs needed in the first month. The car needed new front axles $700 and a new clutch $1,400. They refused to correct the problems. They wouldn't even pay for the parts. I Under that their was a limited warranty. But just out of common decency and good business practice, you would think they would try and help because those are major issues that the car should not have been sold with. I was told that the mechanic inspected the car before he put it on a lot. If that's true, the mechanic did a terrible job of inspecting the vehicle. Both mechanical failures left me stuck on the side of the road with my family. You would think that if Euro Car Export wanted to maintain a good reputation they would at least try and help rectify the problem in some way. But they basically told me go to hell, too bad, you bought the car, too late. I'd never buy another car from them becauseI don't trust their business practices."

"I bought a 2001 Lexus IS300 from them back in late August. 5 minutes after pulling it off the lot the check engine light came on. Took the car to my mechanic and they said the MAF and O2 sensors were bad. I had the pieces replaced, afterwards we did another test and the catalytic converter now showed signs of damage. Not just one part, but BOTH banks. My mechanic informed me that the dealership most likely had put a fouler onto the O2 sensor so as to make the car “legal” to sell by fooling the sensor into thinking the catalytic converter was in good condition. I spent $1,500 on a car with 262k miles on it, that needs a $1,200-1,600 repair job. The dealership will do nothing as they sold the car “as-is” and claim they had nothing to do with the damage. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m sure they MAYBE have SOME “decent” cars for the priceeven though all of them had some noticeable wear and tear, but they made my first car buying experience into a nightmare. Who knows what else they’re hiding from other cars?? I’m getting ~12 mpg because the car has had NO maintenance done to it, needing a full tune-up, spark plug replacement, and catalytic converter replacement. AND THEY ATTACHED A FOULER TO HIDE PROBLEMS THE CAR WAS HAVING. I’m reporting them to the BBB and looking for my legal options."

I looked at a couple different cars and they were all very clean. No games or extra fees like other dealers do. They only use GWC Warranty which is the best warranty you can buy. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Maya went above and beyond when I had questions about carafax info... She was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends an family as well as everyone following me on social media."
