"Bought a used GV80 in January and it's battery died a month later. After two months (they provided a loaner for 1 of those months), I got the call that my car was ready. I picked it up and it shifted itself into neutral twice while driving up 23 and I barely made it into the Stop n Shop parking lot. I called the dealership and they advised me to call Genesis road assistance for a tow. This was less than 10 minutes after driving the car off the Mazda lot (where the fix all their cars). I didn't feel like waiting 2 hours for a tow, so I managed to drive it back to Mazda myself. After a few days, they told me it was an issue with the software, and I was able to get the car home. Great. The reason I'm writing this review now is because the car began violently vibrating at high speed, and rather than go through the dealership, I brought it to Mavis. It was then that I discovered that the new tires installed by the dealership had been installed backwards. Mavis fixed the issue and now it drives like a dream. I cannot recommend Genesis of Wayne for buying a vehicle, or getting one serviced."
