"Waited 5 months for a scheduled FREE oil change only to show up on the day of the appointment and was told I wasn't in the system was asked if I had an email or text confirmation since I didn't the best they could do was have me leave my car and they possibly could get to it in 3 days. So I tried to schedule a new appointment and was told the earliest that was available is August (7 months from the original date) what's the use of offering free oil changes if you have to wait 6 to 7 months for an appointment if you are lucky enough to get in for an oil change I would recommend you schedule your next one while you're getting your current one done"

"I fixed my car today for $1955. After fixing the car and returning home, I noticed that the car was making noise, the car was shaking, and the car was strange. After receiving the towing service, I returned home and experienced the worst service. Can your car break down on the day you get it fixed?"

"This was the worst experience with any provider I've ever had. 5 days after drop off to address a well-documented issue with the make and model of my car, I had to follow up repeatedly just to be told they can't look at the car because there's an aftermarket camera installed. Fine, but why is my horn suddenly not working if they didn't touch the car? In order to get this serviced, I'll have to get the cameras uninstalled and then probably drop the car off for another 5 days at least. And of course they don't have loaners or cover rentals. All in all, extremely frustrating and I fully regret leasing this car from them."

"I have to say I never write reviews, however getting an oil change here wasn't the best experience. For one, when I got my lease I was told I get free oil changes for the total length of my lease. Must be false because I was charged and then when I asked about it at the desk I was told only the first oil change was free. On top of that, when you call to schedule an oil change it is a month or longer wait. Just not going back."
