"I purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain from this dealership in March 2024. After, the owners son repeatedly told me that he was going to check the car over and make sure everything was running and working smoothly before giving it to me, the car wouldn't start once I got it home. Moodie came and replaced the battery with a new one after going back and forth with him about him stating he put a new battery in there before I picked it up. I took the car to my mechanic the next day just so he can check the car over and was told to drive it for a while and see if any check engine lights come on. Nothing for a while. Fast forward to June/July because I only drive the car to and from work and I was tired of feeling like I was on a boat. The car was very wobbly and the tires were bowing in the back. I took it to two different mechanics to have the car checked out. I was told the car needs to be junked due to it all being rusted, missing parts and it is very unsafe for me to be driving. Needless to say, I contacted the dealership yesterday to see what can be done and still haven't gotten a return call yet. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU WHO CAN THROUGHLY CHECK THE CAR OVER BEFORE PURCHASING. !"

"I am very happy with my car buying experience at United. From the second I stepped out of my car I was treated with decency and respect. We quickly came to an agreement and Colleen, Alex and Adam made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase. Adam even worked with his finance rep to match the rate both Chase and Citizens Bank had quoted me. I was able to walk in, test drive and purchase the vehicle with paperwork completed in just under an hour - it was a painless, easy process - so much so I may never purchase from a new car dealer again. As a further testament to their commitment to do right by their customers, when the car had a sensor code issue, they were right on it, making me an appointment with a reputable mechanic who is equally decent. "Spoke with a man here about the 2009 subaru forester. Which I felt was way overpriced. I looked over the vehicle and noticed there was a lot of undisclosed damage to the vehicle. He told me that the vehicle had been serviced. When I checked the oil it was dark brown, transmission fluid is brown and had metal shavings in it. Coolant level was at the add marker. Once test driving it there was some noise coming from the fans which I mentioned this to the salesmen he said he would fix it. He had me test drive a murano and rogue and these vehicles also had issues which non of which are disclosed. He wanted me to also check out a mazda cx-7 which was completely filthy and dusty like it was sitting under a tree with all the windows down. Tried to negotiate with him on the price but regardless it kept coming back closer to what he wanted for it. Then told me if he fixed everything then he wants the full price he is selling it for? The vehicle if it was 100% fixed it still wasn't worth it based on the condition. Colleen is nice and I hope she finds a better dealer to work for because these guys don't seem to care about the condition of these vehicles. The windshield is cracked. In the condition its in no more than 5k or 6k especially for it being 1 trim over the base model there's no way this should be going for the price of a touring trim. Update! Maria had asked me to reach out to her. I did by email and she said she would have the owner get in contact with me and said she was going to find out the person I spoke with at the dealer. I have yet to receive a call or any update. Which I highly doubt I will hear from anyone anymore from this dealership. They are more worried about google reviews instead of providing good service and selling quality vehicles."
