"My first experience at this dealership was outstanding. I made an appointment and was met promptly by the salesperson Ivan. I had already researched and knew which vehicle I wanted and a good idea what I was willing to spend. He worked with his sales manager to agree to the price I wanted. They offered me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in which I had also researched in advance. They prepped the car, arranged the financing, had a product specialist review the car with me. I had mentally prepared myself before meeting with the Finance Manager but I was pleasantly surprised that she did not push the extended warranty or other last minute sales on me. She provided me with price quotes and details on the offerings and told me to decide (quickly but not under any pressure) if I was interested in any offerings and if I would like them to be financed. What a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. And the QX60 is beautiful TOO."
