Leah from the location checked in with me the day before to reconfirm my rental and make sure any questions I had were addressed. The check in/out process was fast and friendly. As for the vehicle, I was set up with a very nice Ford Expedition Limited which was super comfortable, drove well, and exceeded my expectations.
