"Ehrlich is terrible. They charged me for services they didn't render. They documented visits they didn't make. They promised to remove mice that were caught in traps within a day or so but showed up weeks later to do so, meanwhile the mouse languished on a sticky trap squealing out for nights on end. They consistently passed the buck. In the end, I demanded my 3 years worth of monthly payments back to which they stated they were unable to do so. Ultimately I called New 4 Action and reported them. Of course once that happened, a portion of my payments were returned to me. In ending, Ehrlich is the actual PEST, they claim to remove. Steer clear of this company."
