"Don’t ever buy a car from Lexus dealer They scam you. They buy there’s car from IAAI auction. I got my bmw x7 from them got accident Electronics problem Oil leaks they tell me the car don’t have any accident I find out the car, got an accident and the real pumper When I come down, I told him about the problem they said we going fix can you keep it with us 4 hours we take it to bmw The used car manager tell me he going take it to bmw. I called bmw they tell me we don’t receive the car at all I ask the used car manager he tell me yes we did take to bmw I tell him you Liar i called bmw they said they don’t have the car at are shop then tell him I want to speak with General manager. He tell me his on meeting. How about you coming tomorrow then we put you on a rental then we get the car in the shop. I told him no I I’ve been here four times And is the same problem come up so now I need to speak to the general manager. He keep tell me his on meeting so I went to the Front desk the i ask the lady I told her can I speak to The general manager She told me OK, but the used car manager he coming behind me and told her no Don’t call the general manager because he know they do horrible job they don’t wanna put The general manager on this problem. Northtown is getting bad because of the people they got kicked out from West Herr dealer they started make northtown Dealer look bad with the customer I’m dealing With this problem since I buy the car 02/09/24"
