"Be a 0 of possible. Rented a unit for moving from one house to another. Returned it 45 minutes late. I even called and was told don't worry about it, it is fine. Recently went in and found out that Karla put me on the Do Not Rent list and I owed another 108 dollars. When I went in she was extremely rude and more worried about flirting with the other man in the room. This place is terrible, do not rent from here. RIPOFF. I have let the commander of drum know and hopefully this place will be blacklisted"

"If your a business looking to rent or lease go elsewhere. Service department is a joke they can't fix anything and when you ask for a manager they have you call the district service manager and he won't answer the phone or call you back. Units are junk and broke down more than fixed. Rental is good but don't ask for a manager they don't have one. Renter/leasee beware Penske is a joke. Go to Ryder Enterprise or even Uhaul. Stay far far away from all Penske locations."
