"Came in a few times to try and buy a car and was treated terrible! Comments were made several times that were unprofessional and distasteful. I won’t go into that....online but After applying for financing every deal they tried to make with us we felt they were trying to rip us off the interest rate changed numerous times without the length of the loan changing. They refused to take my trade in and work with us on a deal making comments like my car is going to the crusher anyways. When I tried to schedule appointments later in the day I received comments like we all have lives. I went to Syracuse to bill rapp Subaru and was offered a fair price for my trade! A great interest rate as we are tier 1! And was able to buy a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor! They even stayed late an hour past closing time to work with us! The difference was astonishing."
