"I purchased the Access Unlimited Multi-Lift back in April 2024 for my wife who had frontotemporal dementia and sometimes has a hard time understanding how to get into our truck. The speedy bar is for a 2018 Ram 2500 and this lift is amazing. We still camp and I was using our hot tub steps which are the perfect height for my wife to get into our truck but i was always concerned about if she would forget on how to get into truck. I searched the internet and found Access Unlimited. I watched many videos on YouTube and finally decided to reach out to company. I discussed my situation with Staci who was extremely helpful and then life just got busy. She called me maybe twice, no pressure sales, and the second time I purchased. The whole process was seamless. The packaging this equipment comes in is nothing like I have ever saw. Very well protected. Once your product arrives I believe they contacted me and set up a facetime video training with Franks who was very helpful. Wendy in shipping was also helpful. On a recent camp trip i had my wife in a beach wheelchair with the balloon tires and the multi-lift reach the sling with no issues. A very down to earth company who strives to help. "Written by wife - uploaded by husband. I LOVE THIS MULTI-LIFT BY ACCESS UNLIMITED. ALL ASPECTS OF DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE OUTSTANDING TOO. Over the past 6 months, I have had 3 surgeries on my right knee. Starting with a total knee replacement which became infected. It had to be removed along with my kneecap. I now have a special type of knee replacement and no kneecap. I must use an immobilizer to support and stabilize leg to walk using a walker or any other type of walking device. I have been in a nursing home for most of the 6 months between surgeries. The last thing I needed to do to go home is to be able to enter and exit the transportation that I would be using once released. We have a Honda Ridgeline and that posed a problem of being able to maneuver to enter and exit passenger seat safely. My husband bought a one-step step stool with two handles. PT at nursing home worked with me and my husband in trying to get this to work. Along with knee problem I also have Parkinson’s and the other leg freezes randomly so it makes using the step stool not such a good idea. To be able to enter I need to remove the immobilizer so the leg can bend some. Husband went searching for something easy to use and safe. He found a product online called Easy-Reach by Access Unlimited which looked ideal. He contacted the company and spent some time educating their employee of our needs and they educating us on why the Multi-Lift would be a better fit for us. It has various other accessories that can be bought for other uses as needed if I need them in the future due to Parkinson’s or worsening leg problems. We bought the Multi-Lift and I could not be happier. One of their employees walked my husband and my PT person from the nursing home through the installation of the Multi-Lift on to the vehicle. How to use it and various other aspects of ownership by video call. From what my husband and my PT person from the nursing home said it is very simple to install and use. Yes, I still need to remove immobilizer and would with anyway I use to enter the vehicle but using this erase all concerns about doing easily and safely. I am being lifted from wheel chair into front seat and back out to wheel chair. Immobilizer is removed while still in wheel chair and put back on once back in wheel chair. I AM HAPPY!!!! Now I was able to get into vehicle safely and go home. Yes, a few learning curves as anything new but safety and ease of use is out of this world."

"Over the last 5 years we have purchased multiple pieces of equipment and mounts from Access Unlimited. The manufacture of each piece has been of the highest quality. Since each system is custom made, delivery will vary. But I never felt it was excessive. The main lift for our 2017 Ford Transit 150 medium height Van is great. It gets my wife into the passenger seat easily. That was one of her greatest desires. Sit in the passenger seat again. Not a wheelchair in the passenger position. The bonus is that the mount uses the passenger seat frame for attachment. Thus creating very few modifications to the van interior. When it comes time to sell the van it can be sold with the lift or turned back into an unmodified passenger van. In the rear of the van we have a mount and second lift. We use that for lifting wheelchairs or anything else we need help lifting into the van. We have a mount on our boat trailer that allows us to use the van lift and a special sling to place her in the boat. We have their Hoyer style lift that uses any of the lift mechanisms. The advantage to that is the lower frame/wheel height. It easily fits under most standard bed frames. We even used it at a surgery center to put her in one of their beds. It rolled right under the low frame of the bed. We have a wall installed mount and complete lift assembly for her bedroom. It is great for getting her in/out of the hospital bed several times a day. The mounts are all the same design. So any lift can be used in any location. The batteries are interchangeable. If needed you can use one of compact Lithium Ion "Jump Starter" batteries to power the lift in emergencies Their training is thorough and done via Zoom. Their staff is readily available to answer any questions. There have been no repairs required. Yes I am a big fan of this company and their products and remain so after 5 years of using their equipment. Never hesitated to add systems."
