"Came in during the week to exchange a ATV battery under the extended warranty. The staff at counter wouldn't figure out how to exchange. The manager (Tom?) seemed to be bothered to come over n assist. Eventually he did, but he was obviously annoyed we the transaction and interrupting what he was working on. My preference is to stop at other locations such as Endwell or Upper Front. Staff seem to be happier and more aware of what's on hand."
