"My experience was great! The employee (Jason, I think?) was so nice and accommodating. I underestimated the size I would need and the amount of time. He checked if any other trucks were available, and I was able to size up and extend the number of hours I signed up for! He was so helpful! Highly recommend this location!"

"They claimed I miss used equipment when I only drove 14 miles. After a hour long hold on the phone to find out what,I did. I was informed I didn't do anything and they must have "accidentally hit the button" wasted my time. Also they just tend to be rude and equipment tends to be beat up. The uhual on chenego Street is the best uhual in the area I do not recommend this vestal uhual."

"Llya W. was the gentleman who helped me on arrival, he was very professional and did his job well. He verified all the order details and made sure I had all the information I needed. Brooke W. performed the check in when I brought my van back, she did her inspection and went over all the charges with me before providing a receipt. I appreciate both of their help and hope this gets back to them."

"Showed up on Labor Day weekend to get the propane tank filled, everything advertised says that you can do this here and you can, apparently, but the guy sitting on the lounge chair in the back smoking weed said that he wasn't certified. Maybe it's time to stop the employees from smoking weed on the job and start training them on how to hook up a propane tank?"

"These guys saved our reservation after no one told us that the truck we were supposed to get was damaged and needed to be repaired. We showed up at another location at our reservation time and was told that we were essentially SOL and had to wait until the next day at 1:30 for a 10ft truck or Sunday for a 15ft, which was our original reservation. Obviously, we were moving and needed it ASAP. The other location told us that there was a truck cancelation and that we could drive to this location to pick it up. We drove to vestal and initially the owner was confused because there was nothing showing up. We explained what happened, found out the other location never called to check but the owner pulled some strings and bam, we got a truck. Smaller than what we needed but it was something to help! We will forever be grateful for their help to get us a truck so we could make the deadline of our move, which was Sunday."
