"GHETTO !!!! My first time riding with them and definitely my very very last no one let me know that it was going to be a full car thank goodness I didn’t have to bring my child with me this time and the driver completely left and I had to call two numbers three times apiece to even get in contact with anybody my appointment was finished at 11 AM and it’s 1 PM and I’m still waiting to be picked up. They were supposed to leave in the first place. I live a whole hour away from where my appointment was. The car small and dirty"

"Worst worst, this lady showed up 30 minutes late then told me I needed to sign a document not telling what it is or for. She then started cursing me out and demanding I stop doing what im doing when im sitting there doing nothing. During the ride she was on the phone cursing and driving all over the road. She then started screaming at me in the middle of no where and dropped me off and told me I needed to walk. This is what my insurance is paying for??"
