"While traveling from New Jersey to Toronto, we had a charging malfunction with our EV. Williams Ford and the entire service team went up and beyond to accommodate us. Everything from offering drinks, explaIning the progress to shuttling us to a local eating establishment. Everyone was extremely friendly like old friends. The needed part could not be acquired for a day or 2. It was recommended that we slowly recharge our vehicle and get it home to our local dealer which we did. "Such a horrible experience at this place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bring their car there at all. I was on vacation in upstate New York (Im from Philadelphia) which is 4 hours away. Upon getting to my destination my cars brakes locked up and check engine light came on. I had it towed here to get it looked at to see what the issue was. I got a call back a few days later from Edward to tell me that my engine was completely destroyed from metal particles and that it would have to be replaced and quoted me over 7k before labor. I live 4 hours away and had no way to go out there and check to see if my car actually had the issue he told me. So i paid lots of money to have my car towed back into the city where I live and even bought a new car because I was told my car was basically totaled and would have to be sold for parts… So I brought it to my trusted mechanic who thoroughly checked out my car only to find out my engine is FINE it did not need to be replaced. I needed a new vacuum pump. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. This is absolutely ridiculous. To be told that i need a whole new engine and the cost of it was ridiculous for all of it to be a LIE. Id give less stars if it was an option. Also was charged 200 dollars for them to tell me lies, I’ve had diagnostics done before and this is by far the most expensive one."

"My vehicle went in for an oil change and to correct an ongoing issue with the panoramic roof. I took advantage of the valet service which was fantastic, thank you Allen! Edward and the service technician did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my car. Alec even took a video of my service points and let me know what needed attention. How amazing is that!?! Super pleased with this dealership and it's service dept. Well done Williams Ford."
