"While I expected some haggling with buying a car, this took way too long. I had explained my budget and how many months I wanted for the loan. They came back with almost $100 more/month payment and a 12 month longer loan term. After over 2 hrs of getting no where with them, I got up to leave and, low and behold, they came within my budget with only 3 months longer of a loan than I had originally requested. Then when I went to pick up my car 2 days later, I was told it would take "30 minutes, 40 minutes top." I left work early to find out my car was not ready. 2 hrs 45 minutes later, I finally left with my car to discover they had not fixed the paint knicks on both doors that I had asked them to take care of before I picked it up, and it needed an update (see photo). So, another 1 & 1/2 hrs taken off from work for the update, and I had to buy my own paint pen to fix the knicks myself. Do not recommend this business."

"I purchased my Used CX-5 completely online and had a really good experience. I live in NJ so this was considered an out of state purchase as well. I had the option to see the car prior to finalizing the deal but since I am not from the area I went along with finalizing the deal. However this just shows that although you start your purchase online, this dealership is very fair with their pricing and isn’t pushy at all and gives you a chance to back out if anything isn’t up to your standards prior to finalizing the deal. I worked with Salesperson Cameron and Online Sales Manager Lillie. Both were very professional and very knowledgeable. Although I had to wait a few days for paperwork to get processed and mailed to me and then mailed back to the dealership, overall the entire process was thoroughly explained and was very easy. I highly recommend Romano Mazda for your next purchase whether it’s a new or used car."
