"Budget booking online did not give us all the information we needed for our rental agreement for pickup and drop off and it was going to drastically affect our trip to the area. Tish/Trish, (so sorry!!) was there today 5/25 at 11:30am-12:30pm, she was being torn in every direction, but she was so communicative and so incredibly helpful. She was the only reason we would ever book through Budget ever again. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful! Give that woman a raise! A BIG ONE."

"Very smooth process! Great Vehicle choice for a day trip, with 4 very excited children! (2024 Buick Enclave) Very spacious . I definitely will be doing business with them again! "Rented a car on 2/16/24-2/18/24 in Syracuse. I Was given a PACIFICA VAN HYBRID even tho I requested a small compact. It was very late and sure that’s all that was left. Car had a BRIGHT DASH SCREEN that was EXTREMELY blinding and had no idea how to dim it. Crazy. Even the return check in rep couldn’t find a way to dim. It was dangerous driving with a bright light in my eyes, I couldn’t read the highway signs without putting my hand over the screen. Also had no idea if car automatically switches from battery to gas! When I got into the car to drive to airport it was dead!! Yikes!! It was a 1 hr drive to airport. I freaked and didn’t see anything on dash or wheel to help me. NO MANUAL IN CAR! Finally got car started and it sputtered a few times and I kept driving. I called Budget and Rep said that it does in fact switch automatically but I had to call the 800# to know that!!! Yikes. Never again. I didn’t think I was going to make my flight. You need to do better Budget!!"

"I will never will rent with Budget again. Syracuse Airport. First the customer service was horrible, no smile from the person in this location and answering any question was a burden for this person. When we picked up the car, we noticed the tires where worn out the four of them. We try to talk to someone but nobody was at the car rental parking lot. We wait until we saw someone and told them and they said they wasn’t able to do anything about it. We took the car and start driving and the break were really bad. We call customer service and they transferred the call to road side assistance and the call would drop. We try this more than 3 times. The second day we have the “change engine oil soon” light on. This is a horrible car rental company. First and las time. Going back to Enterprise again."
