"I love having you guys close to where I live. My experience has been fairly decent. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Although I am curious about a couple of things. Seems like whenever I stop for gas, there are two things that seems out of order. There's almost never water in the window washing tubs, not just the one at the pump I'm using, but all of them and the trash cans are overflowing. Other than that it's never a bad experience, and I'm not really complaining, I'm making you aware of a detail you might not be aware of."

"Best sandwiches in town. They weigh a half pound of fresh meat in front of you. The wings are huge and delicious. They have daily meal deals. Byrne dairy is quick and take orders aheadThere's a picnic table outside to sit down at or one can sit down inside. Most of the employees are very friendly.I recommend this place for lunch over anywhere in the city of Cortland."

"Progressively getting worse every time I visit. Last time getting ignored at the ice cream stand, this time barely getting my sandwich order taken. I didn't customize my panini because they fellow Caleb making it seemed stoned and would rather talk to another employee who was eating chips and just standing there. Everyone was just standing around not bothering to help customers or do anything else. My partner was standing there waiting to even be helped. Caleb was just standing there talking with the employee on the casher register. Might just skip BD next time."

"Byrne dairy is suffering from what I like to call Corporate Greed syndrome. They expanded into tons of new locations two years ago, oftentimes right across the street from already struggling small business (Bill Bros. Is right across the road with much better deals but doesn’t have the corporate funding to back them). The employees at this location are being treated very poorly. I can tell they’re not being paid a fair wage for their work, especially with rising cost of living. I sympathize with the employees at this & other Byrne locations. I see why they don’t take their jobs seriously or care about long lines or quality of deli sandwiches they make. It’s because they’re not treated well by their employer! I stop at this location frequently & not one single employee has been at this store for more than a couple months at a time. As a small business owner I demand Byrne do better by this local community in all areas. I personally won’t be going back to any Byrne locations in the future. You enticed everyone with good temporary deals right when you opened, now your true colors are showing."

"I Stopped here to get some free air for the rental car tires. Thank you folks… It was functional and worked great. Then I went inside and it was amazingly wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and actually cared about being there. They have these magnificent one dollar deals on certain days of the month… I had a excellent hazelnut coffee. Thank you all"
