"Would give 0 stars if possible. The customer service is awful. I have been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back. Each time I call or leave a message with someone, I'm always promised a call back - but yet here we are 3 days later and still nothing. If they don't wish to rent a van, fine...just tell me. Don't keep saying you'll get back to us. 8/2/19 Update....I want to thank Mark for calling us again last night, and working his magic. Mark went out of his way to make this happen for us. We REALLY appreciate all the effort he put into making it all right. Even working late into the night in 8/1, and again at 6:45am this morning! Sending high fives to you all! "Agor was great to deal with until the sale was made, after, a different tune. When called for help fixing defective parts they did not help at all. When called about a problem with the gas tank stopping the gas nozzle when trying to put gas in the tank I did not even receive a call back from them. I have spent several hundred dollars and five trips to car dealers to have the problem fixed, to date it is not fixed, I keep getting told it is because of conversion the tank has been moved from the original location thus the problem. I cannot believe I am the only one with this trouble, I am sure a fix is out there but apparently a company that deals with these conversions knows how to fix it, if you can get them to respond."

"I have done business with them for years through the VA and never had any experience that was negative or below standard. Friendly and helpful staff that is totally knowledgeable in the disability market. Don, Mark, Chris, Kurt are very god people that will do anything to accommodate anyone with disability needs and they stand behind their business and treatment of customers. Keep up the good work, Guys, and would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance regardless of the level needed."

"My father bought a special seat for my mom. She only used it 3 times they had it for only few months. My mom passed away last Fri Aug 25 and we called to see if they can take it back but they will not help us at all. They paid a lot of money for this seat. We are wanting them to by it back from is as it was used before my dad bought it but they had refused to even call us back and when they did they said that they can't do anything at all. My father is on a fixed income and paid $5000.00 for this seat Having some back would help but they refuse to do anything . We are very upset with this company and we refuse to do anymore business with them. I highly recommend seeking services else where. I give them a negative rating"
