"Purchased a 2018 Nissan pathfinder about 6-7 months ago. Sales process was great. As it normally is anywhere that’s trying to get you to buy stuff. Anyways the vehicle we purchased I requested new tires put on and I was told no the ones on it were fine. Turns out they were dry rotted and leak every single day. Secondly the transmission pan had a leak in it and well as the front strut going bad and when I called for warranty I got your 30 days is up today. Spent a small fortune on a car that wouldn’t even last a year without repair or needing new tires. Unacceptable"
"Sold us a Nissan Rogue in 2021 with broken heat. Made us pay to have them clean out the system. They went back and forth with us when it was still broken about who should have to pay. They finally agreed to cover cost but only after talking to my husband. Took key in for recall and they said it wouldn't be a problem to do one at a time. When my husband goes to get his key done they give him a hard time and try blaming it on me."
"Honestly I'm surprised I'm being asked to review but here it goes never will I buy a car from here again I had to wait so long for warranty repair work to be done on my car we r talking since Oct 2023. Car sat there from December to January waiting for a out souce body shop to look at it cause theirs wasn't trusted. Them the man I bought the car from sends me a email trying to sell me another car but they don't wanna honer the extended warranty. I finally in April 2024 got the repairs done. These photos will show u the conditions I picked my car up in. I will just have to say place was ran much better when Joe was doing the commercials but now Colby doing them I feel the place went right to the crapper. That was at 1 time my only auto dealership I would go to but now if I stay with the Nissan family of cars I will go elsewhere. Thank you for the last few years of great service I just hope whatever bugs are hold this place back gets worked out. I just don't understand why they would give me my car back in this condition. Someone had to drive my car out then ram thru all my stuff and throw it all over the car including the drivers seat. Lastly I always keep a 20 in my arm rest on all my cars just incase if I need it and that was not there. I'm done thanks for the past good luck guys."
