"Will never use there service department again. When you bring your vehicle in for an oil change and cabin filter change,and your air conditioner doesn't work when you pick it up, call them and your told they're not sure they're to blame as if it's your fault or they make it seem your being dishonest. It has happened before with the service department not customer friendly."

"This visit was absolutely great! A routine oil change which includes a routine inspection found a major issue with a tire. Tina and Derek worked with "big" Subaru and the issue was under warranty and all was fixed -- much to my relief. (And I had a wonderful loaner for the duration.) This was excellent care. Thank you."

"Poor customer service. scheduled an oil change and to fix a nail in my tire. 9 AM 7/26/24 Took my car in at 9 A.M and they couldn’t get my oil done by 1:30 pm.Didn’t know they put your car off last on a scheduled appointment drop off!! Would be nice to mention that! Make sure u tell them u want your car back by a certain time or they will keep your car all day for an oil change! —Dylan Ellis"

"I am very happy with the work they did on my Outback, but I expected good work on my Subaru by Subaru. The reason for the five stars is something small—I had my new registration sticker on my dash, waiting for my husband to put it on the windshield (last time I did it, and it was crooked). When I picked my car up after the work was done, I saw that someone had put my sticker on for me. That small act of going above and beyond really says a lot about what you can expect from the service center at this dealership. And it made my day."

"Specifically the service desk: They are always pressuring you to spend so much money to replace every part of your car!! For a small fix that cost me $50 elsewhere they wanted to replace a whole system for $1300 and they pressured me to do it right then, making it sound absolutely dire!!! Two mechanics elsewhere told me this issue was actually not much of an issue and, shocker, a mechanic at CARS in Homer fixed it easily for very little cost. When I tried Royal after that fix for just an inspection (they are closer to my job) they literally made no mention of any issue with that previous system and tried to pressure me to slam down $1000 on a different issue that I fixed myself for $150 (again they made it sound like I'd die on my way home without paying them to fix it right then). Royal is so grossly predatory and I am never going back."
