"My son bought a vehicle here.. has had nothing but issues since he bought it. I hear the guy goes to auctions just to do a quick resale. Never wanted to bring the vehicle up to code. My son has had to replace the Brakes & rotors- cost $623 Still needs bearings and a muffler. . He’s only had the vehicle 3 months. Don’t shop here- big difference in customer service and just wanting a sale. Paid over $10k for a vehicle that’s only worth maybe $5k. You want to get screwed over like my son feel free but use this review as your warning."

"I also am a repeat customer and was very happy with my Toyota Camry, which I bought first. When the mileage got too high, I started looking for another car. Sam wanted to know what kind of vehicle I wanted, I told him, and he started looking for one for me. He found me a Ford Fusion and I'm very happy with that one too. "I bought a truck from Sam and he delivered it a week later. During my first drive after putting plates on it, a warning light came on. It needed a new thermostat. After my second drive, I could smell coolant, and discovered a leak on top of the radiator. I called Sam to ask if he could make it right since these were clearly existing issues when I bought the truck. He offered to buy me a radiator, but declined to install it. While installing the radiator, I discovered that the radiator fan had a wobble to it. Once I got it apart I discovered that the water pump was also leaking. With two coolant leaks, why wasn’t the reservoir low? Well, the coolant in the radiator was green, and the coolant in the reservoir was red…so SOMEONE topped off the reservoir to hide the issue, and they must have done so recently. Sam seems like a good person. It’s possible he was completely unaware of all the issues with the truck he sold me. …but even in this case, it’s still HIS JOB to go through his vehicles before he sells them. If I wanted a truck straight from the auction I could have saved thousands. Sorry Sam, I know you’re busy, but you can’t sell vehicles with major issues and not expect bad reviews :("

"I decided to take time out really quick recognize a job well done by the dealership. I judged the owner all wrong when I met him before even speaking and I was wrong. The owner of the lot was very in touch with his vehicles. The owner filled the tank and did all the maintenance himself. He went above and beyond after being their for 4 hrs tryin to help me get this car. He showed patience the whole time and the car was in top shape. You don’t find the cars he has at his lot in their condition and years at great prices. He was not shady at all like most dealerships. He wasn’t even looking for a sale and gave me a break on the price. I drove two hours to this lot and lemme tell you it was worth it. The owner is a great family man as he gives advice and will answer any question honestly with all the Carfax as they don’t sale salvaged titles which is GREAT!!! Thanks again for being so welcome to this army soldier! Highly recommend"
