"My husband posted review a week ago about never answering back. I mentioned this on a public forum on Facebook and a Sarah Clark(who I'm assuming is part of their family business)told me to shut up. This is very rude and unprofessional. I would never treat customers like this. Me mentioning this online, they should be trying to make it right and instead they say shut up. I would never give business to a company who treats their customers like this. ( BTW, This was the 2nd time that we were in need of an electrician and it never got passed the secretary where we never got a call back)"
