"Went in early, and I had no wait. The lady employee who helped us was very courteous and helpful! Thanks for the oil change. I was out in less than 30 mins. $60 for Full Synthetic! I do not go anywhere else if i can help it."

"Don't trust the auto care people with complicated questions, especially if they are already busy. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you to leave them alone even if they don't know. They dragged me along and wasted hours of my time until finally (just as the auto center was about to close) they told me they couldn't do what they said they could because of policy (I was locked out of my car and would have called someone else for help sooner if they weren't telling me that an employee would help when less busy). Maybe it was only one employee who lacked the common sense to not give empty promises to a customer, but this employee had me wait for 4 hours before actually finding out the truth of the answer he was previously giving me."

"I'm from out of town and had a flat tire that I had barely gotten to Walmart with from the hotel.. When I went in Sabrena looked at me like what do you want!! I said 3 times that I had Enterprise and she just got kinda smart about asking my tire size.. In the end she rudely looks at me and says I DONT TAKE THAT!!! My day was already rough without someone acting like I was a inconvenience!!! The best part is she was the manager.. Very very bad experience.."

"They haven't let me down yet. YET. LOL They are a great group of men/women that take great care of, at least, my vehicle. Just make sure, you call for a appointment M-F. Don't be a Karen or Ken and just show up during the weekday. That's for the weekend."

"Waited over an hour for one tire to be changed, they ended up putting 4 on it, and had to take them all off again cause I made my appointment for one tire, and was told it would be around $70 and brought $80 with me, they damaged one other tire in the process and replaced it free. So all in all I waited over 3 hours for the one tire change i asked for. But only had to pay just under $50 for 2 new ones... So hope for terrible service if you don't mind waiting... If you don't call and schedule your appointment for anything, you'll have a 2 hour wait at least, no matter if the jack's all have cars on them or if they're empty."
