"Honestly, This is a hit or miss Dunkin’ Donuts. I was so excited when they first opened because I am a local . But sometimes They get it right and sometimes they don’t. The one in mastic is much better. Lately they’ve been doing a better job. But there was A time. Where every time I ordered, it would be wrong. I actually stopped going for a while Because of it . Plus one time, Ordered a bagel and it was hard as a rock. You’re rolling the dice with this place. They got better staff recently, So that is a good thing."

"For some reason, this location cannot seem to follow a simple order. I don’t know if it’s the owner telling the staff to be skimpy or if it’s just the staff not reading the orders. I order the same drink a caramel latte, large iced, and I always order one to two extra shots of espresso. It consistently taste like milk. The Shirley location is by far the best."

The people taking the orders always seem like they are rushing you. The coffee is watered down and everything seems rushed. Do yourself a favor and go to another location."
