"So not only does Wendy’s price gouge you at popular times – they also offer no senior discount. The food was very good today. Service would be faster if they opened that second window that takes your money before you drive up to pick up your food. So this is why I only visit Wendy’s three or four times a year."

"Tonight 7/15/24 around 10:45, I pulled up to order and asked for a large Powerade, I was told no harshly by the clerk, followed by silence. I asked why and if they are out. He said no I just don’t feel like serving it, in a serious and stern tone. Then someone else grabbed the microphone and said that he was joking and that they will give it to me. The manager was laughing when they said oh sorry he jokes a lot. I didn’t even want to order at this point I thought they may spit or harm my food. I pulled up at the window to ask what happened and to speak with a manager I was greeting by maybe Kevin or Ben. This is the guy who told me no I don’t feel like serving you. He wore a red hat and he was African American, he said his name was Ben and his managers in the bathroom and can’t come out, I said I wouldn’t leave the window until I spoke to a manager, surprise surprise the manager comes out and said that the guy in the red hat name was really and that he Kevin jokes a lot and that his name was Kevin and this has happened before .the manager Shaquan did not care and did not reprimand him or give me any piece of mind. He did not care at all. I use to go here all the time I would highly recommend going to McDonald’s 30 seconds down the road. I hope they get rid of the entire staff on tonight, they treat work like a total joke and make fun of there customers. It feels like they mess with the food too, rude and unprofessional, you’ve been warned bad bad people here, they need to clean house"

"For a fast food place in moriches it's a bit of a disappointment when I get poor service. I used to think it was better than the Shirley Wendy's but the last few times the customer service has been sub par. Ive had missing items and got a attitude from the manger . One time I had to go into the store because they messed the order up. It's Wendy's so the food is what you expect. PS they are charging you 10¢ for extra sauce and I believe if you don't get nuggets you pay the 10¢ if you want it for your fries!"
