The amount of nasty looks I got from one of the workers was unbelievable, half of the stuff I purchased was part of Kinney thrive member sales but the cashier didn’t even ask if I had a card, didn’t even say hello, she stared at me cashed me out and that was it, I had to reach over and get my stuff off the counter because she couldn’t even be bothered to slide my stuff to me, so unprofessional and uncalled for"

There was a problem with my prescription, and (instead of tossing or shoving the prescription back to me) as all the pharmacies as the ones in Massachusetts and the others in NY... Except you). Thank you for being so kind and you explained things nicely. Thank you for explaining the issue. When we are in the area, I'll come back to you. Your staff is so friendly also. "Kinney Drugs in Richfield Springs has some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet, the Pharmacy's staff knows my family by heart and always greets us when they see us. The only issue I have with Kinney's is the prices of non-drug items, some items are pretty pricey and you can find them cheaper at other places in town. But all in all, this place is great."
