CAVA is just down the block which I highly recommend instead!"

"Been coming here for years, food is usually great but logistics must improve. They won't stop taking orders or let you know if it's going to take longer when the location is understaffed. Today I waited 50 minutes for a salad I ordered through the app, and there were people who were still waiting. Staff was gracious and helpful, but there simply should not be still taking orders they can't fulfill within a reasonable amount of time."

"I have visited Sweet Green a few times but this was my first time trying their kids meals. I was disappointed to find that the portion size was very small, possibly only suitable for toddlers. Additionally, the apple included in the meal was not fresh and had already turned brown and mushy. I did not feel that the meal was worth the money. "--- Title: Disappointing Experience at Sweet Green - WTC Location I'm usually a big fan of Sweet Green for its fresh and healthy options, but my recent visit to the Wall Trade Center location left much to be desired. Firstly, the service was notably slow despite the place not being overly crowded. I waited more than 30 minutes for my salad, which is far from the quick and efficient service I've come to expect from Sweet Green. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I had asked for no dressing due to dietary restrictions, but my salad was drenched in it. Trying to get this fixed was another ordeal as the staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment was not up to par. Tables were left dirty for long periods, and the floor was littered with napkins and bits of food, which is not something I've experienced at other Sweet Green locations. Lastly, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the ingredients on this occasion. The lettuce was wilted, and the avocado was brown and overripe. This is surprising and unsettling, given Sweet Green's reputation for fresh, quality ingredients. I hope this was just an off day for this Sweet Green location, but it was certainly a letdown. I believe in providing constructive criticism, so I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and improves the service and quality at this location. -"

"This location is okay, not superior but also not bad. The food was great though, as always. Service was OK. We enjoyed two salad bowls for lunch, a Harvest Bowl and Crispy Rice Bowl. There is sufficient room to eat in."
