"I went in to grab a bite durring lunch where there was one long line. Jumped on it just to be told to go to the front to order empanadas as the line was for platters only. Okay so I got to the front wait patiently for them to finish pick up orders. The girl finished after 5 or so minutes. I go up to the register and she completely ignores me while then calling people from the larger line to check out. I stood there for a good 10 minutes completely ignored and miss led by staff. Food is good but not that good. Incredibly rude. I have no issue waiting but you should acknowledge people just a little. And especially ask if your help is needed when some is in front of you versus calling from another line."

"I get lunch here pretty often and it’s consistently tasty. They give generous portions of chicken, salmon, rice, beans. I really like the plantains as a side. The staff are friendly and the store is pretty well organized for its small space. I like the green sauce but be careful with it if it’s your first time- it is a little spicy."

"Good grab and go spot for tasty Cuban classics. A set gets you a main and three sides which makes for a nice and substantial meal. Of those I’ve tried, the pernil is my favorite but be sure to take the green sauce they offer when you check out."

"While primarily a takeout place, indoor seating is available at the back. $17.47 (tax included) gets you a main dish and 2 sides. The portion size is adequate with flavors best described as hearty home cooking. With the pernil (roast pork) make sure you ask for the green hot sauce and the pickled onions. And where else can you get fried yuca?"
