"Current worker hardly speaks English and no Spanish (it is a predominantly dominican neighborhood and the last worker spoke both). Added provolone cheese to my sandwich without my asking. Spent 5 minutes going back and forth trying to use $2 from the app. Didn't help that the QR code scanner was not working."
"I order ahead of time on the app every day usually never have a problem. Until today. The worker today told me when I went to pick up my order that they weren't opened. I had already placed my order from the app and paid and she wasn't going to give me my order claiming they weren't opened. Yet the hours say open at 8am and this was 10:30am. I showed her that my order was accepted and that I paid and that was when she realized she had to make my order. I ordered a tuna melt. Well she didn't even bother to heat it up and it was just thrown together. On top of it the cookies I ordered weren't even ready so I had to go with cookies I don't even like. I love going to this place every day but this experience with this one worker (this is the second time she's pulled this with me) made me give it a low review."
"I do Deliveries almost every day, I went to this Subway to pick up an order at 10pm. The surprise was that "it was closed" even when the order was already paid through Uber eats, the man inside refused to solve the problem in a very rude and hostile way."
