"I would give 0 stars if i could! Worst Wingstop i have EVER gone to! I sincerely do NOT RECOMMEND at all this place! Service absolutely sucks and it’s very unorganized. Walked in to pick up an order, there was a lot of people already waiting. I noticed they were busy so I patiently waited for my order. Time passed and I noticed a lot of orders were just sitting there. THREE times i asked THREE different employees if they had my order and they all said one minute or walked away. I continued to see one girl constantly taking more and more orders which backed up the kitchen. Why continue to take more orders when the orders sitting there should be given out??? Two employees were doing unnecessary things instead of asking customers what orders they are waiting on. They just stare at you with an attitude and walk away. After 30 minutes i got mad and ask for the fourth time if my order was done. FINALLY someone pulls it from the orders that had been sitting there for 15 minutes, ridiculous!!!! Customers, Uber and DoorDash can’t just take their orders because they have to sign the stupid receipt and then be handed their order! People had been waiting there over 40 minutes! How unprofessional and i would never order from here again! The owner should be there and teach his employees how to be organized and have one person stationed just to give out orders."
