"Been coming here for almost two years. Bagels used to be great here, they are uneatable now. I don’t know what happened but I will be switching my bagel store."

"Disgusted!!! I am an avid customer of the store and even live across the street and order all the time. I clearly… Picture attached… Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a rainbow bagel with no cheese. This is some thing I order at least once a week in the same way every single time. I got a plain bagel, ice cold by the way with cheese not on a rainbow bagel. When I called the store to tell them that it was incorrect instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me, could barely understand me, because nobody could speak English and insisted that they would make it right but he would come over and explain to me what he saw on the ticket etc. I’m trying to get the kids out the door to school and didn’t even get my order at this point because the people who work, there are more concerned with being correct, improving their point, and simply getting a very good customer and her children in the right order so they can go to school. I am absolutely done ordering from this over price location where you get the most rude service."

"Absolutely amazing food and amazing deals. I just got a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown. Two eggs on a plane bagel for $6 and some change. Def will be going here more often just moved to the area and was told there food was great."

"It is a bright and welcoming place with a nice, large menu. They have good prices and the people who work there are very friendly. The coffee was good and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was amazing. It's right on Godwin ave so it's easy to make a quick stop. I will definitely be going back."
