"Ordered a pasta which was ok. The bread twists with cheese and marinara were missing the marinara part. To rectify this issue they offered me 20% off a regular priced item. How is that a solution when they already have a steady coupon for 20 percent off the entire order. Very lame customer service. If Pizza Hut or papa john’s were around I would be ordering that."
"Disgusting. If I could give less than 1 stars I would. Ordered last night and they first brought the wrong pizza. I called back and politely let them know and they gave the the option of getting a new one delivered or a coupon for next time. I asked them to please deliver the correct one. THIS is what was delivered… looks like someone was angry and shook up my pizza. I opened the box and this is EXACTLY what I saw. Horrible, disgusting, terrible service. Never again. Don’t make the same mistake I did. (I also did not TOUCH that pie and threw it right in the garage. Who knows what else they did to my pizza)"
