"Looks like this store was recently remodeled and it does look a lot better than the past design at Burger King. Service was play and friendly, but the food isn't as good as it used to be. The Whopper tasted and felt more like thick cardboard than actual meat. It's great to get coupons and deals from the app as well, but if you're not going to improve the quality of the food and I don't suspect Burger King is to survive much longer. #BurgerKing #whopper"
"In the afternoon of Sunday around 2:00 pm, I stopped at this establishment's drive-through and ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese and small fries. The payment was made with a $20 dollar bill and I received change of a ten. After mentioning to the employee that I had given her a $20, she replied, "no you didn't, you gave me a ten.". In addition she stated "it is too early for this right now, and I do not have time for it today." I am confident I gave her a $20 since I know what bills I had in my wallet. My food was handed to me with a very unpleasant look on her face. It was food for my dog. Since that evening, my dog has been ill. Throughout the night of Sunday into Monday her breathing has been altered and she has been coughing and excessively throwing up, The manner in which this lady handled the situation does not seem to be trustworthy to me. After experiencing such an awful feeling, I considered not taking the food and driving away instead. In the end, I brought food home with me. In addition to not providing me with the right change I hope she did not put anything to my food that cause my dog to be sick. The constant throwing up and coughing of my little baby has upset me deeply. Once a month, we purchase her a burger from McDonald's. There has never been a problem with her. I regret not leaving and going with my gut instinct, I would not be worrying about my baby's health... seeing her in this condition is not worth any kind of money….. No matter what our profession is, we are all involved in providing some type of service. The practice of employees disrespecting customers has become so common in the workplace"
"Buns were stale, burgers cold and tasteless. Spent 31 84 for 2 double whoppers and 1 reg whopper. Will never go back again. Pure garbage."
"The 2nd worst of the burger kings I've visited. Almost worse than Neptune Burger King. Look on any BK advertisements to see what the bacon cheeseburger should look like....then look at the photo of my order from today on route 22 Union N.J. Also, this hockey puck was ice cold. Threw this item out. Terrible management is 100 % responsible for low standards and poor training. Also, franchise owners please tell all employees by the way, that saying hello, welcome to burgerking or thank you are MANDATORY and cannot pass Co-Vid to you."
