"Rude associates work here. Walked in looking for a gift for my daughter. No greeting. No customer service "may we help you". Starred at with angry looks. If these associates dislike the environment, the customers, and their job, I suggest they quit! This wasn't the only time I have experienced this from the associates. I walked out of the store. I won't ever buy anything in the store."

I have been shopping at TB for a long time due to the quality and feel of your clothing. I have some shorts and pullovers that are 20 years old, and I can't bring myself to toss. They get better over time. Matching the quality of the clothing has been consistent outstanding customer care and service. The person (Chris) helping me, and my wife was fantastic.
