"The girl with the orange hair, unsure if she’s the manager, talked to us rudely the moment we went in, instructing us in a loud tone to put our umbrellas near the door, before she even said hello. We purchased two wonderful dresses but the customer service was far from wonderful. There’s a calm and proper way to talk to customers, especially that it was first thing in the morning and she was under no pressure or stress."

"The worst sales/billing staff. She told me she can’t accept return for online purchase done with PayPal even though I had the card used for purchase on my phone(Apple Pay). She told unless I have the actual card (no Apple Pay) on me, she can’t process the return. Then I head over to the Columbus circle location, and they accept the return with no difficulty, no questions asked. Really could work on helping the customers better."

"My son and I were looking everywhere to get a great suit, happen to be touring NYC and ran into the store….. Bingo, we loved that we found a perfect fitting suit (minus the jacket). The fabric, prints and quality of the vest is really wonderful. Anddd customer service was amazing. It was also good seeing people of color working in the store like us….. We thank Chris for his suggestion and advise - the customer service was excellent."

"Very highly priced with sales which honestly weren't that great given the post Christmas offers available at other brands and shops. The shop is wonderfully decorated with an abundance of staff so that you're never stuck or waiting too long. Menswear is downstairs, the rest is women's wear."
