BBQ & Sunshine Food Truck 302 3rd Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301

"I can not rate the food because I was unable to get pass the service. I visited Niagara Falls NY with my children as a family vacation. See I have cancer and I am looking to make beautiful memories with my children. On our last night I wanted to get some buffalo wings but google told me Anchors was closed (wrong by the way) but I was ok with it because i smelled some amazing bbq. I told my son I am eating here. When I get there the man that was cooking was fussing and cussing about a customer to one of his workers. When I get to the window I'm like let me figure this out so I won't get fussed at making a joke with the young man who was kind by the way. I asked him do I order a meat and if it comes with two sides. I was going to ask for no sauce if it came that way due to heart burn. But the owner comes and say read the menu it is pretty self explanatory. For this reason I say ok never mind. I know I should be able to ask questions about a meal I was willing to pay well of $25 for. I decided not to patronize this truck and move on. I hear the young man tell him I said no thank you. He said what ever keep it moving. I hear this and tell him he need me to use better customer service skills. This man tries to cuss me out all while having a line of customers. My son hears this man fussing me out and said something. It was about to be a scene. I made my son move on. I went back to the truck (where the grill is) after a few min. To say that I didn't mean to make it a situation and explain why I had a question. He tells me oh don't want to talk to you. At that moment the Alderman (a black man) come up and they shake hand. I turned to him with tears in my eyes because I was truly hurt by this situation. And told him that the owner of this truck is mean and he does not deserve to be there if he is going to treat his customers the way he treated me and the person before me ( a white male who was not there to collect his food so he was upset put the man's food and his change outside of the window. And said we don't wait for you we serve the food and you take it when it's done. ( that may be true but you had a line of customers and you were showing poor customer service) I hope the reader and the owner take this post seriously!"

"my cut of ribs was delicious and full of meat & flavor! the bbq sauce is sweeter but that’s my preference! smoked to perfection, delicious lemonade & an incredibly satisfying pulled pork sandwich"

"This is quite possibly the worst BBQ I've ever had. For the price I paid, and with like 6 options on the menu, you would think they could provide good food. Mediocre and uninspired doesn't even begin to describe what I was served. I cannot comprehend how you run a food truck with such little flavor and quality. We ordered pulled pork, ribs, and macaroni and cheese, and there wasn't a single redeeming quality from any of them. A frozen TV dinner would blow this away in a side by side comparison. The person who runs this business has zero interest in providing good food, and zero cooking inspiration or talent. I'd imagine they spend the absolute bare minimum on product to squeeze as much money out of this as they can. There's not even an attempt at being good, or interesting, or unique. This seriously must be the absolute cheapest meat you could purchase, combined with the absolute cheapest and minimal ingredients, as I seriously cannot comprehend how you can serve such bland and boring food. I think anyone would have a hard time making food this bad. And just in case anyone thinks I'm overreacting, or negative - this is the one and only 1 star review I've posted, and probably ever will post. The food was just that bad, and shame on whoever runs this food truck. If you want the absolute worst food in all of Niagra Falls, look no further. But there's clearly no shortage of competition, and I urge everyone who reads this to look elsewhere for a meal, it's one of the best decisions you can make."

"This food truck shows great potential with their well-marinated and expertly grilled ribs and chicken. The smell around the truck is highly appetizing. However, their advertising pictures don't match the real orders, with portions being small and a bit too costly. While the meat was good, the fries were tasting just like classic frozen bag fries."

"We stopped and got the ribs and fries with a side of macaroni and cheese. While the flavor was cool I was expecting the 4 bones to be the size in the picture of the truck and they were the smaller end of the spare ribs. The guy working the truck was having trouble communicating with the client in front of us regarding her pay as she didn’t speak English and I assisted him with her. To show his appreciation he have us the macaroni and cheese and a corn muffin for free which was very courteous! Our meal was about $35 a little pricey and as I said the ribs weren’t as big as advertised but overall it was cool."
