"Cashier was training, trying his best and asking valid questions. I’m assuming she was the manager but this woman answer the questions like if he was an idiot. Condescending, demeaning and contagious negative energy in the kitchen and dining room from her. The guy running prep station noticed there were no more hash browns and took the initiative to find me a good replacement because management was “done” “gonna quit” and “throwing the towel” . I give the rest of the crew props for having to deal with her complaining while they worked hard during rush. Thank you prep guy for going above and beyond and for the cashier guys customer service when taking our order"

"Ordered coffee thru drive thru and they can't even get it right. Way to much cream no sugar. Cost almost 5 dollars. Had to throw it out couldn't drink it. Worker's are incompetent. What a waste of my hard earned money."

"Ordered 3 bagels and some coffees. 1 coffee was made wrong and we had to get it redone. And then 1 of our bagels was just never made. So we waited for 15 min while our order until we asked and had to prove it. Then they finally made the bagel and it was wrong. My girlfriend wanted the Tim Hortons experience. Well we got it.. I don't recommend."

"The store is good however the service is very slow whether it’s the driveway or in-store. There was a long queue and the wait time was also huge. We had ordered a Hot pumpkin spice latte, an original blend of black coffee, and avocado toast, and the taste was average."
