"Nick is a nasty person I texted him about a rebate that's was not submitted at all for the save and switch ur store should do this properly I'm getting nasty text messages when I to the main hub at the mall spoke to customer service if I knew I would of never left verzion I don't appreciate nasty text messages on my phone now from him show respect for the customers I'm reporting this to the higher uo and CUSTOMER SERVICE HOW NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL HE IS AND I ASKED FOR TGE REBATE TO BE RESUBMITTED I HAD TO GO TO THE MAIN STORE IN SMITH HAVEN MALL ETC DONT GO TO NICK HE DONT KNOW RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL GO TO THE OTHERS IN THE STORE I FMGOT PROOF THE REBATE WAS NOT SUBMITTED I HAVE PHOTOS IM FED UP I'm done I believe this is a horrible way of handling customers and poor representation of the store and people I'm a lawyer and I would never be like this"

"Don’t recommend this location. Went in to buy a new phone. Completely ignored by staff. Would have happily waited if anyone even acknowledged that I was waiting for service. No customer service. Go to a different location. Waste of time."

"Walked into the store approx 2 weeks ago and was helped by Nick L; My phone was completely damaged and needed a new phone right away since I was going to be flying out of state the following day. I wanted a specific model and Nick went above and beyond contacting several different stores to confirm if it was in stock. Even worked around my schedule to fit a doctors appointment I had scheduled in the day. Amazing experience and very happy with services provided."

"I dropped my phone, half the screen was black and I was unable to use it. I went to T-mobile to purchase a new phone. I got very lucky and had the right person help me. Karla appeared very knowledgeable about the phones and was able to unlock it and confirm my google account without even seeing half of the phone screen by just using her memory of where the numbers are on the phone. She was also very patient. She also showed me options for new phones what the benefits of each phone was, prices, she helped set up my new phone, put on my new screen protector and otter box, and assisted me with setting up a watch I also purchased. She did a great job."

"Super friendly staff - they guided us on what to do about a phone that’s in the bottom of the ocean. If you have T-Mobile’s insurance I recommend calling before going to the store - as this needs to be taken care of before getting a replacement phone."
