FYE 1701 Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore, NY 11706

"It's definitely not the Bay Shore fye I worked in (1997-2007). I roamed the entire store (5/6/24, ~4:30p), as the only customer, and not once did either of the 2 employees behind the register say a word to me, or walk out onto the floor. When I finally approached to make a purchase, neither looked at me, said hi, or even attempted to ring me up. I had to say "hi, i'm ready to make a purchase". I assume customer service or secret shoppers are no longer concerns."

"I’m not crazy about this FYE location overall. Every time I walk in, there’s just dead air as music never plays in there. Other than that, the store is a pigsty. Right in front of the cash wrap, there was an area blocked off due to some liquid on the floor and it looks like it’s been there for days. Ironically enough, this was my first time buying stuff from the location as there was a BOGO free sale on ornaments. I’d rather go to the Smith Haven location that’s farther from me than this location."

"Steffany C who was there when we came in followed us around the whole store i guess she never saw a Hispanic family before , very uncomfortable on top of that we spend $47 on two toys if we go in a store it’s to buy our kids a toy they want and obviously this mall doesn’t offer a variety of toys of anime , i honestly bought those toys cause my kids wanted them but I would have not bought any of that because of the way she made us feel , never again will I ever go to this store again I rather spend my money in a business that values customers and respects them !."

"I'm very disappointed to say that I will not be going to this store again. Went there the other day and a guy and a girl helped me at the register asking if I had a phone number on file which I didn't. The taller guy with glasses began showing me a brochure and explaining all these perks and everything which I didn't understand because he kept rambling on while giving me a pen and pushing me to circle things. It was a month "free" then would be charged to my card... SCAM!! They then asked at the end to have My card and I said I'm paying cash. They immediately changed their tone and removed the discount they applied to my item! I asked why and they said it's for card payments only. Ridiculous! Never heard of such a thing. So I had to pay full price and they didn't even say sorry or anything they completely stopped talking. I payed and left. Very rude rip off!"
