"BarterBox has False Advertising. This seller believes he's above the law because of his questionable business practices. My nightmare with BartBoxUsa - I brought a camera from BarterBox, and it was not delivered on time. They knew the camera was on backorder, so BarterBox created a USPS pre-shipping label to deceive me, and eBay it was shipped. When the package didn't arrive, BarterBox refused to explain. They only communicated with me when they finally decided to ship the camera; it was sent by Media Mail - a Camera does not qualify as Media Mail, another deception to scam the Postal service. I returned the package unopened because I didn't trust BarterBoxUsa's integrity. Note when you return Media Mail, get a new tracking number."

"I ordered a camera body to replace an older broken one, and after some irritation from USPS I received my package in good condition. The way I handled USPS was I filed a complaint and then had barterboxusa also contact the Postal Service, and suddenly it turned out that the package had been sitting at the post office for 9 days as someone had not scanned it. I will note that barterboxusa gets very good reviews on eBay, unlike the few people here who seem to not have had a good experience. Cheers."

"Purchased two cameras through ebay store. One never arrives. Second arrived at my post office with postage due because they sent it media mail. A camera is not media. Message after message sent on both items with no response. Had to spend a lot of time with ebay to receive my money back."

"Con Artists! Avoid at all costs! Purchase expensive camera online, send item using media mail, then you have to pay a ton of money to the post office to receive you item, when or if it arrives 40+ days later, then by that time, send it back for a refund, then they try to steal my money by claiming it was received by me. Avoid at all costs, they will for sure make your buying experience a horrible one!"

"Purchased a camera through Ebay on August 25th. Supposedly delivered on September 6th which was a long wait especially since I ordered another item same day and got that particular item in 4 days. When I expressed concerned to seller or whoever responded was a bit rude. They were supposed to get signature upon delivery which was a rule they broke through Ebay. Needless to say the item was found, and in good condition but I never want to deal with this seller again. Don't know what their problem was but they never were friendly or accommodating, number one rule of customer service."
