"Professional and trustworthy results, smooth experience from initial contact all the way through receiving the repaired console. Had a PS2 slim laser go out on me and I dropped it off at their Wall St location - was repaired and shipped back within a week. Later on I shipped in a PS3 that was shorting and not powering on, also fixed within a couple weeks. Both times I received my item back expertly packed and XCubicle was communicative throughout the process. They’re not the cheapest, but you certainly get what you pay for in terms of service, professionalism, and quality results. Highly recommend - you can trust them with your electronics repair."

"As you can see in the photo, my nephew is playing his repaired PS5, on his BIRTHDAY, all credit & thanks to XCUBICLE’s quick and reliable service. The experience began when I reached out to them to inquire if it’s true that they are the only location in NYC that are repairing PS5s’ currently. Once confirmed, I was able to scheduled an appointment with them (U must have an appointment to gain access inside.) I brought the system in they did a quick diagnostic on the spot & quoted me a price, I left a deposit, one week later(maybe sooner lol) it was ready for pickup. Til this day the system is still working great; replaced his entire motherboard & damaged HDMI port which was the reason of the servicing. I was extremely happy to see my nephew overjoyed once I revealed his birthday present. I remember when I was his age so I know how happy he was. Thanks XCUBICLE!!!
